All-Star was started with just one goal in mind, Rosh wanted to be able to provide an excellent service for an unbeatable price. At the same time it was, and still is, crucial to educate and inform people of Fiberglass and its many different uses across various fields. Rosh Started Working in the field of construction when he was just 17 years old. It was at that time that he was introduced to Fiberglass. Only using the application for shower pans and just a handful of times, Rosh gained enough experience to understand that there were far better opportunities. After learning a few different trades, Rosh finally found and started working for a well established Fiberglass company based in North Jersey. Following Nearly 10 years and far exceeding expectations, Rosh felt it was time to branch off and start his own company while still keeping the integrity and work ethic he was once taught.
